The Klausner Cook trust and estate planning and administration group follows a thoughtful process to help clients identify and carry out their goals for the future. We will counsel clients in formulating a plan that fits each client’s needs, whether that be a plan for property to pass at client’s death or for property to be efficiently managed during the client’s lifetime. The goal is to effectively plan to protect against future unknowns, and we will work with each individual client to tailor a plan for their needs. We have worked with clients ranging from those who wanted a standard will to those who wanted a custom tailored will and living trust as well as everything in between.
