After graduating college with a business degree, Cynthia M. Manning specialized in marketing, Cynthia worked as a merchandiser for a major catalog company. From there she moved on to working for a financial advising firm which opened the doors for her to begin a career in the lending industry in 1993. As a Loan Officer for a leading Lending Company, Cynthia moved quickly up the ranks from Loan Officer to Underwriter, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and on to Corporate Trainer, traveling all over to train others in the business.

In 1997 a new opportunity presented itself and Cynthia went to work for a Brokering Company out of Minnesota that worked directly with the local banks, setting up a second look program. With 14 Pennsylvania branches and 16 New York branches under her wing it was time to move on to another challenge.

Cynthia came to work as an Independent Contractor for Fingerlakes Mortgage Company November of 2000. Cynthia stayed along the trails with Patrick Bola as he opened the doors of Twin Tier Mortgage in 2002, becoming amongst the first group to obtain NMLS licenses in New York State. Cynthia has kept up with education both in the mortgage industry and in the real estate business, receiving her Realtor License in June of 2004.

In 2010 Cynthia made partner at Twin Tier Mortgage and continued to help the growth of this family orientated business to build strong customer service in the Twin Tier Region. Patrick and Cynthia continued growing and added a credit counseling division to the business.

In 2012, as a mother of 4 and a child with special needs Cynthia focused on family and real estate and placed the credit and financial portion as beneficial skills she can bring to her customers.

In 2016, a new opportunity expanding Cynthia’s knowledge of real estate came about joining a local law firm learning abstracting, title insurance, oil & gas, solar, wind and all things legal in real estate transactions. It also furthered her learning with the basics of landlord tenant, estate planning, probate and some litigation, mostly in land conflicts.

Cynthia continues to have a strong devotion to learning and growing so she may provide the highest service that values trust and confidence in relationships with her clients.
